KB boasts a highly pedigreed team, with Kaushik Poddar serving as the named fund manager. He brings 26 years of experience with the company and prior stints at Morgan Stanley and SBI Mutual Fund as a fund manager. Additionally, the founding team, including Dilip Khandelwal, Bharti Khandelwal, and Prashant Khandelwal, possesses extensive expertise in financial markets.

KB Capital Markets is a Kolkata-based firm, which positions itself as a fifth-generation family financial services business, with origins tracing back nearly a century to traditional stockbroking before transitioning to institutional brokerage and eventually launching PMS. The firm is led by Prashant Khandelwal (CEO, 29 years' experience), Dilip Khandelwal (Chairman, 47+ years' experience), and Kaushik Poddar (Wholetime Director heading PMS, 26+ years with the firm). Poddar previously spent two years at Morgan Stanley and six years at SBI Mutual Fund prior to joining KB Capital in 1996
