We collect information through user-filled forms, WhatsApp and other communication channels, OTP-based login flows, third-party integrations and service providers, and manual entry by authorized IME Capital personnel.

We collect and use personal data for purposes including account creation and authentication, providing investment advisory and PMS services, portfolio tracking and reporting, regulatory compliance (including SEBI, AML, KYC, and tax requirements), communication via email, phone, or WhatsApp, marketing and educational content (with opt-out options), platform security, analytics, and product improvement.
Consent for Communication (OTP-Based Sign-Up)
Users who sign up or log in to our website or app using mobile number–based OTP authentication expressly consent to being contacted by IME Capital through calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, or other electronic communication channels for purposes including, but not limited to, account-related communication, service updates, investment-related information, regulatory requirements, and relevant product or educational updates.
Such consent is deemed to be provided at the time of OTP-based verification and registration. Users understand that these communications may be made even if the user’s mobile number is registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) or similar preference registries, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
