The Globe Value Portfolio targets stocks with strong value and growth potential, employing a multicap strategy with active management. It utilizes various derivatives to optimize portfolio yield.
The strategy identifies and seeks to profit from various special situations in the market using a market-neutral approach. It focuses on identifying and investing in candidates with substantial appreciation potential, particularly in sectors or companies experiencing positive changes in their business environment. Derivatives, including stock options and futures, may be utilized to generate alpha and protect portfolio holdings against systematic risk. The strategy also aims to capitalize on event arbitrage and special situations such as mergers and acquisitions, open offers, takeovers, and delistings.
